This is your go-to spot for all event-related information, designed to ensure an enjoyable and seamless conference experience.

EARLY CHECK IN

Join us for early check-in on Thursday, October 24th, from 5-7 PM. Pick up your conference badge and gift bag, and enjoy the benefit of bypassing Friday’s check-in lines—just be sure to wear your badge!

EVENT LANYARDS

Your event lanyards will be distributed upon arrival. Make sure to wear them at all times during the conference to gain access to sessions and special areas.

Must be worn at all times for event access.

Clear Bag Policy

For safety, only clear bags are allowed. Small clutches are permitted. All bags will be inspected at entry, so please plan accordingly.

Parking Zones

Limited Mobility Parking - Lot 1 

VIP/General Admission - Lot 7, Lot 8, Lot 9, Lot 10 

Due to the capacity of this event, we highly suggest utilizing rideshare companies and carpooling.

 

During lunch, we recommend dining at a local restaurant within walking distance to alleviate parking and traffic delays. All sessions will begin promptly according to the schedule.

Seating

We’ve designed our seating plan to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Here’s what you need to know:

VIP Seating: Reserved seating is available in a prime location for VIP attendees. Please have your VIP badge visible to access this area.

Floor Seating: Open to general admission attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Balcony Seating: From the main entrance, utilize the stairs or the escalators to enter the second floor and follow signs to balcony seating. 

Handicap Seating: Accessible seating areas are reserved for those requiring them. Please notify a team member if you need assistance with finding this section.

Saving seats is not allowed. To ensure fairness, we ask all attendees to be seated promptly and refrain from holding seats for others.
